The staff here were so cute and helpful. They provided great service and always made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and had everything I needed, including good parking and transportation options. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay.

The hotel provided excellent value for money and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, being very close to the entrance of the national park. The restaurant offered simple but delicious food and the rooms were comfortable, with good beds.
The hotel's location in town made it a bit noisy at times which could be challenging for light sleepers. The views from the balcony were not spectacular, but still enjoyable. However, overall, the stay was very pleasant and the staff were ready to help at all times.

The hotel's location is ideal as it's conveniently close to the starting point of the gorilla trekking. the staff were very friendly, and the rooms comfortable with convenient facilities such as a TV, fridge, and mini shampoo. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with a good variety of options. the balcony provided an average view.
One guest reported experiencing noise in their room from a nearby bar on a Saturday night.

The noise levels from the surrounding streets made it difficult to sleep at night. the hotel did not offer any soundproofing to help mitigate the noise.
